- Regular communication with Client to understand and manage their expectations and requirements.- Update Client and Company management regarding project progress, challenges, critical indicators and proposed solutions on weekly and monthly basis.- Manage client concerns on priority and respond in a manner to balance Client satisfaction and Company interest.- Develop in depth understanding of Project scope, Contract and KPIs.- Developing Division of responsibility between the team members.- Ensure awareness level of all team member, to protect Company interest by closely monitoring and recording Extra works.- Finalization of scope with Subcontractors and Vendors to ensure coverage of complete scope and avoid future change orders.- Review of Budgets, LFs and Monitoring Efficiency and Costs of running projects to avoid overruns.- Closely monitor schedule especially critical path activities and timely taking appropriate measures to expedite, if required.- Finalize Project Mobilization Plan and ensure timely availability of qualified manpower and resources accordingly.- Ensure optimum utilization and distribution of skilled crafts according to job requirement and plans.- Ensure HSE Policy & Procedures are implemented in true spirit and work is executed in a safe manner.- Ensures QA/QC procedures are compliant to client requirements and are properly implemented to minimize re-work.- Monitor Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and take preventive measure to minimize.- Ensure that method statements and risk assessments are well prepared and followed properly.- Ensure timely generation and submission of accurate reports and invoices.- Ensure Lessons Learnt and Observations / Recommendations are implemented.

- Review of Tender Documents (Technical & Commercial)- Obtaining Technical and Commercial Clarifications from Client- Coordination with other Departments for their requisite inputs- Review BOQs / MTOs prepared by Proposal Engineers / Engineering Team- Review Resource Estimation for the Project- Review of Techno-Commercial Proposal- Response to Post Tender Clarifications.

- Planning and Scheduling of the Project Pre-shutdown and Shutdown Stage- Preparation of Recovery Plans- Project Progress Monitoring and Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports- Cost Monitoring- Preparation of Project Progress and Extra Work Invoices- Procurement for the Project and Verification of Subcontractor and Supplier Invoices- Preparation & Modification of Plot Plans, Instrument Location Drawings, Earthing Layouts etc.- Complete Project Documentation, including QHSE dossier- Correspondence & Coordination with Client and Sub-Contractors- Coordination with site and client for Work Permits- Acting Site Manager in absence of Project Site Manager
