• Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications• Competition Mapping, Market Intelligence reporting and Talent Mapping for different business functions• Create the most appropriate recruitment strategy for every role by providing sourcing & selection solutions via careers page and job portals, social networks & groups, employer branding, employee referral program, internal job movement etc.• Develop assessment tools based on required skills for each role and organization values (In line with the hiring need) to ensure hiring decision is majorly data driven• Build a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from application to joining.• Define and track the responsibilities of the team member which will be aligned to the individual's career goals and organization's goals• Identify the strengths of the team members and assign the responsibilities accordingly• Communicate the expectations clearly and regularly address the gaps if any exists in expectations visa vis action plan of the team member• Establish the growth path and coach and mentor the team member to move to the next level in a defined time frame• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees• Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database• Liaise with Recruitment agencies and set the expectations with them in terms of hiring needs

• Provide inspired leadership for the organization• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures• Assist HR with recruiting when necessary• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale• Work with senior stakeholders• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations• Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations• Support worker communication with the management team

• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs• Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g., job application and onboarding) processes)• Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance• Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)• Implement new sourcing methods (e.g., social recruiting and Boolean searches)• Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs• Research and choose job advertising options• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques• Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
