• Devise the execution strategy and baseline program in accordance with the contractual milestones.• Implement, monitor and control the execution plan with civil Subcontractor.• Manage and communicate with all project stakeholders (Client, Consultant and Subcontractors) to ramp up the progress and present progress status.• Steer the design workshops and planning meetings.• Oversee the construction constrains, overall progress and develop look ahead program • Arrange and manage the resources as per Project Schedule.• Coordinate with Electro-Mechanical team and subcontractors for smooth completion of Civil, MEP and Electrical works.• Organize site walk with civil subcontractor to control and plan for the daily activities.• Perform pre-inspection checking and Supervise Internal and External inspections with Quality team. • Enact the Project HSE and Quality procedures and Policies.• Report and record all Change requests, Claims, Variations, Risks and Opportunities.• Forecast, control, and report the project status to Management and Project Owner.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain Department for the cost-effective solutions and services for projects. Initiate and finalize the contract.• Organize Kick-off Meetings with civil works subcontractors.• Monitor civil site execution based on project baseline and approved design.• Oversee the overall progress and develop look ahead schedule and arrange and manage the resources.• Verify progress invoices and report project Cash flow to Commercial team and Project Manager.• Arrange and attend regular meetings with Client/Consultant for approval of site works.• Review and evaluation subcontractor proposals for material and vendors• Pursue and secure approval from Client/Consultant for proposed materials and vendors. • Develop the work methodology and associate risk assessments and implement during execution.• Evaluate vendor/subcontractor performance, build, and maintain good relationships with them

• Plan, act and control the pre start activities with the construction manager.• Initiate and finalized the contractor for prestart activities and arrange the approval from Client.• Collect all available legal and technical information and documentations from client and local authorities with regards to project sites.• Liaise with the design contractor for the application and securing the permits as per local municipalities’ regulations.• Apply and secure the construction permits and NOC’s.• Record all important events and delays and provide the information to planning and project team for potential time and cost claims.• Plan the project civil budget, monitor and control over the execution period for civil material, tools, equipment and manpower.• Initiate the process and coordinate with procurement to finalize the civil materials supplier and vendors• Organized and participate in the techno-commercial meetings along with the procurement.• Coordinate with the site team and supplier/subcontractor for the mobilization/deliveries as per project planning and site requirements. Control and monitor the project petty cash and supplier invoices• Finalize the civil design input with Electrical Engineering department and Liaise with Civil designer and building services subcontractors (MEP, HVAC, Fire Fighting) for delivering the civil design and drawings in line with agreed schedule, specifications and project requirements.• Coordinate with Project consultant and Client for the approval of Civil design and drawings. Arranging to issue approved drawings to site and subcontractors for construction.

- Review and evaluating the tender documents, specification and requirements for the steel structure.- Coordinate with consultant, contractor, client and engineering department for preparing the estimates and make a proposal for the steel structure.- Making the proposal, Auto CAD drawings to illustrate the structure description.- For simple structure do the design, estimate and prepare proposal drawings using the software called “EZ Build”.- Give assistance and technical support to client to make the structure inline with their requirements and make the revisions as per changes.- Negotiate the project with customer regarding specification and budgeting until finalization.- Provide the refined information to structural engineering department for detail engineering design & drawings at approval stage.-Interact with consultant/contractor/end user to get the approval of design and assumptions made at design stage.-Coordination with site (Erector/civil contractor) for the material delivery and material inspection and perform a checking against packing lists and making sure that shipped material is in accordance with erection drawings.-At erection stage provide the complete erection guidance and supervision at site.-Do the effective documentation and make the proper record for each job.
