KPI for this section is to achieve more hit ratio based on our given product.Being Head of Marketing, PD, Fabric R&D and Sourcing, I am responsible for creation and implementation of a defined sourcing strategy with alignment of all team members to deliver product as per defined time and action calendar to ensure order hit ratios to be maximum and orders shipments on time. Monitor product costing/pricing to maintain FOB within customer’s paying capacity and yet achieving company’s financial plans consistent through the year. Fabric trends forecast and utilization of those fabric being competitive and yet innovative.Selection of fabrics (Denim & Non-denims) to enrich the collection and serve the customers’ needs with respect to cost per inch of fabric seeing Final FOB within customer’s paying capacity. Strategizing MOQ well in advance while preparing collection to avoid potential order lost.Technical assistance to team for stitching and washing to clarify styling and washing details,To communicate with company’s global offices and monitor to centralize the whole information at PD

Leading Dubai Office. All factory buyers visits our Dubai office. My responsibility was entertaining them and took all information regarding Order, after that updating buyer till shipment as a manufacturer. Providing complete information to the factory as a buyer and follow up till shipment. Preparing collection before customer visit as per buyer taste also my responsibility.

 All correspondence and coordination between the Buyers and Production. Getting approvals on time and getting the production started. Coordinating with the buying QC’s regarding the production and all inspections. Timely deliveries of shipments and making sure that the quality of the goods are to theend-users satisfaction.
