1) Review of:• Monthly Accounts• Monthly Payroll• Bank Reconciliation Statements• Expense Sheets• Costing & Budgeting Reports• Cash flow Projections2) Coordination with Tax & Corporate Consultants & Regulators3) Coordination with Government agencies.4) Preparation of financial reports for management5) System Analysis Task6) Computerization (Implementation & Testing of Computer Software)7) Designing & Implementation of Internal Management & Accounting Controls

1) Supervising, directing and providing guidance to finance & administration staff2) Supervise the overall administration3) Supervise the HR related matters4) Assist in selection and hiring suitable individuals for the departing in accordance with HR policy5) Prepare monthly report of finance6) Monitor and extend full support to program team in financial affairs and conduct training as and when required.7) Supervise statutory reporting of Sanjog.8) Supervise timely filling of income tax/withholding tax returns.9) Prepare and send annual/periodic finance reports according to donor's requirements.10) Prepare financial statements for projects/statutory audits.11) Supervise the preparation for statutory and project audits.12) Ensure preparation, follow-up and finalization of audit reports.13) Supervise logistics of audit.14) Supervising and ensuring data collection and archiving to meet statutory as well as contractual requirements15) Ensure timely disbursements of payment to any partner/staff/contractor.16) Monitoring staff performance, development and conduct annual performance appraisals.17) Capacity building of the staff.18) Any other task assigned by the director.
