• Monitor industry developments in the areas of technology, products and services. • Work closely with customer acquisition product management, Engineering and Radio planning teams to understand the priorities. • Develop a consolidated 0 to 12 month device roadmap utilizing a device selection framework based on the feature and services roadmap that supports the company’s priorities and leverages these opportunities. • Develop device end-of-life strategy.• Analyze and evaluate device portfolio performance to ensure business objectives are met. • Works closely with OEM partners to ensure availability of devices that meet the needs of the company’s consumer & business target segments • Works with supply chain and logistics and support teams to address performance issues

Mainly responsible for Mobile Data solutions, product evaluation, Testing, product launch, 2nd tier support for the products & pricing. Overall Job Responsibility:• Product Development, Roadmap development, product scoping and planning for Terminals.• Managing full life cycle of launched products.• Provide support to sales and pre-sales teams on an as-needed basis• Work with Marketing Communications to develop appropriate support materials and communication items necessary for a successful Portfolio launch into the market.• Work closely with logistics/procurement team for re-ordering, stocks monitoring and planning of promotions to move End of Life products.• Research and analyze market trends, needs, new product development, and service enhancements• Monthly Data reporting including sales forecast to key people at Nawras • Forecasts for Data usage and Sales trend • Partner relationship with regular involvement for new products, technology update, events, • Customer Management.o • Provisioning of training before launch of product.• Necessary Telecom Regulatory Authority (TRA) approvals • Defining process for warranties/replacement.• Laisoning with responsible departments for successful product launch like customer Care, IT for billing.• Make available best products from market and carry out intensive test by involving Radio and Engineering team members.• Quarterly presentation to Marketing team about products performance, future strategies. • Coordinating with customer care department, Media and Online team once the products are ready for launch with all related documents.• Regularly interacting with data support team for understanding product performance and customer feedbacks. • Provisioning of right tools and applications for data support team to carry out better services towards customer.• Built and managed partnerships with global VARs, channel marketers and distributors.
