Roles & Responsibilities:Working as a Project Engineer in Retail Fit-out, delivering execution of 9 sites for major brands like Shoppers Stop, Pantaloons, Max successfully all over India. excellent co-ordination and record of timeliness delivery.• Responsible for execution, tracking / monitoring, controlling, and completing the project as per scheduled timeline.• Supervision of all civil, Interior, electrical and HVAC installations/Site Execution in accordance with approved drawings.• Submitting daily progress & weekly progress report to the Project Manager.• Maintain pre fit-out checklist, project tracker and handover checklist for every project.• Carrying out inspection of works on site along with consultant/Designer.• Checking the progress of work on site along with the client.• Maintaining good relationship with Client.• Attending site meetings with the Vendors and Clients.• Consolidated all the documents as per closeout tracker & Handover takeover checklist and coordinated with Client in project handover & closeout.• Streamlined execution issues on site.• Preparation of Measurement sheet, certified Vendor Bills.
