Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer
Develop construction operations for 2.6 GW PV power plant for preparing approved method of statements, formulating field quality plan (FQP), ICL and conducting quality inspections with client. Manage site inspection teams according to designated area. Review daily inspection record and KPI’s.Formulating of all necessary documents & attachments for the inspection & testing requirements & billing documents coordination.Manage the QA QC activities at site as per the Project Quality Plan and ensure implementation of PQP in project. Day to day surveillance to site activities. Monitor and control subcontractor’s quality of work, support sub-contractors in achieving the Project Quality requirements. Conduct site walks and meetings with sub-contractors, consultants and provide technical guidance to sub contractors for the challenges during the execution of the project.Coordinate with project Subcontractors and ensure work inspections & material inspections are conducted as per the approved ITP. Ensure the tests as per the approved ITP and Project specification are conducted, in coordination with Laboratory, consultant, sub-contractor. Analyze test data, identify and report defect trends to project team. Collaborates with teams of engineers and material specialists to ensure client and Owner engineers (OE) as project technical requirements.Starting of any new activity or testing performance with overall projects activities including Electrical & MEP.Reviewing the Method of Statement & preparation of quality procedure accordingly, including the follow-up of the OEs comments regarding quality assurance.
