• To monitor overall sales & operations in North region including sales inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, order finalization, order processing, receivable follow-up.• To maintain long term, collaborative relationship with key stakeholders / Consultants, Contractors and key accounts and address their issues.• Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Sales and Logistics team to ensure on time bidding / pricing, preparation of Sales Orders and delivery of equipment.• To act as a catalyst between customer, after sales support, sales & production department to ensure in time deliveries• Keep up to date on issues affecting the sales, and develop strategies to address these issues.• To ensure clarity, understanding and commitment from all regional offices.• To ensure submission of sales Reports, cash flow reports, expected orders, order in hand Report or any other report as required by the management on daily/weekly basis.• Development of annual revenue targets and developmental work plans• Develop innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiency and effectiveness.
