MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ensures the appropriate level of inventories within the organization through various audit techniques i.e. Physical Stock Counts, Stock Reconciliations, Reporting and follow-ups.- Ensures the accuracy and authenticity of payables through pre-audit technique,- Ensures the accuracy and authenticity of Cash related activities like petty cash/Scrap Sales/ Shop Sales through cash reconciliation, test of balance and transactions technique.- Highlight deficiencies in inventory controlling through Data Analytic Reports in terms of FIFO based executions, expiries, timely movements and adjustments, aging and batch wise controlling.- Assists the immediate in various process audit activities.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: (Internal Audit)- I was responsible for the pre-audit of vendor’s invoices;- Physical verification of the item purchased in store and in-house retail outlets;- Daily auditing of accounts payable – cash & check both;- Assist in carry out the pre-audit of monthly payroll of the entity;- Assist in handling & analyzing resort and head office financial data.- Costing and Pricing Dairy items (Milk);- Costing and pricing of condiments items local market;- Export working for condiments items FOB & CNF;- Customized costing & pricing;- Other related tasks assigned by Manager;
