- Oversee all M-Labs initiatives from conceptualisation to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and targets. - Lead a multidisciplinary team with project development, marketing, community, and research wings, maintaining operational efficiency and team cohesion.- Direct, as part of C.E.O.’s team, partnerships and liaison with government and private entities, national and international donor agencies; project development, management, monitoring and other functions.Major Milestones:- Successfully spread the Programme's reach to 137 universities across 144 cities.- Managed Pakistan’s largest industry-led training and development initiatives, which trained 3500+ students on game design, programming and arts.- Organised South-East Asia's largest Game Jams (15 in total), in which 4,000+ candidates in 1,500 teams participated.- Developed proposals for multi-million dollar bids (both technical and financial), working closely with national and international donors.- Grew the M-Labs community to 10,000+, making it Pakistan’s largest game building community.- Designed and ran multiple hiring campaigns, in which 2,000+ participants enrolled.- Spearheaded Pakistan’s first ecosystem report on the Animation, Games and Graphics Sector 22-23, from survey design to conduction, data analysis and publishing.- Organised 3 of the biggest game development conferencing in Pakistan, which were attended by 1,000+ people.- Managed the content pipelines of podcast, webinar and documentary series.- Led the Training of Teachers Program, overseeing the training of 100 educational leaders.- Assisted 2 universities in designing game dev undergraduate programs and 10 in designing game dev courses.- Initiated Pakistan’s largest Final Year Project Program, enrolling 70 groups.- Partnered with 40+ Universities to initiate on-campus activities.- Incubated 25 indie studios in the M-Labs incubator.

- Managed a project titled Determine the percentage of UBCs (Used Beverage Cartons) in the mixed waste paper stream in the waste collection supply chain of Pakistan funded by Tetra Pak Pakistan.- Conducted field visits all over Pakistan to collect primary data.- Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the collected data.- Stakeholder analysis and mobilization of various public and private sector organizations.- Acted as a focal point for plastics to establish partnerships with formal and informal waste sectors of Pakistan.- Promoted dialogue between the stakeholders and WWF-Pakistan to identify key issues and problems to promote recycling in Pakistan.
