Lead a large project aimed at redesigning and implementing the power transmission and distribution scheme of the Novatex from LV to MV. The project also involved integrating grid power with the existing captive. Managing the installation of two MAN 9L 21/31 (11 KV) containerized HFO engines alongside three existing MAN engines (6.6 KV) to augment the current installed heavy fuel oil (HFO) power capacity to 9.4 MW.  Provided Training and Post Go-Live support after Go-live of SAP S/4 HANA.  Prepared reports and dashboard on SAC and AFO as per business and owner needs. Managed and supervised the operation and maintenance of Gas, HFO and Diesel power generation and distribution systems.  Lead a team of Engineers, Supervisor and Technician to run smooth O&M of 8.3 MW Gas and HFO powered plant as section head. Conducted regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures  Planned, Prepared, Maintained and tracked operation and maintenance budgets, timelines, and status updates to ensure timely delivery.

Successfully completed a project of 8.3 MW power plant, which included multiple MAN furnace oil gensets, Jenbacher gas gensets, a 5 tph WHR boiler, LV and MV switchgear, MV to LV transformers, and various auxiliaries. Carried out quality checks of recently completed maintenance and repair work to ensure proper execution, while ensuring that asset data was regularly updated in Oracle ERP.  Adapted continuous improvement approach to implement alternative technologies, maintenance techniques to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.  Organized, developed, and implemented a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan in coordination with the planning and production departments. Prepared and presented progress reports, performance metrics, and power house status to senior management. Analyzed operational risks and opportunities and prepared contingency plans to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities.  Ensured the proper maintenance of equipment and machines in the Plant area, organized, developed, and implemented a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan in coordination with the planning and production departments. Performed Gemba Walk of site to assess and report inefficient practices.  Ensured Regular maintenance order, notification, maintenance plans and measuring points are being maintained and system closing is done on time.

 Supervised the operation and maintenance of Gas and Diesel power generation and distribution systems as Assistant Shift In-charge with installed power of 32 MW Jenbacher Gas and CAT Diesel Engines. Generated daily reports on system performance and maintenance activities. Worked in rotational shifts to ensure continuous supply of power and utilities to the company. Tracked and maintained records of fuels and lubricants. Assisted in internal and external audits and ISO compliances.  Prepared feasibility reports, monthly reports, executive reports, MS project and autoCAD, also calculated efficiencies.
