-Leading team meetings, asking questions to better understand the calls representatives are receiving.-Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing call center goals-Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.-Managing commission and KPI’s forecasting to call center and moderation teams.

-Support Customer value management Dept when needed by analyzing the data and help to reduce churn.-Attend customer service, dealers and sales back office support calls/emails.-Provide proactive support to the customer service /dealers/sales teams.-Assist B2B (Unify) users online and report the B2B (Unify) errors to IT Dept.-Liaise between distributors and OSN on operational issues.-To maintain data integrity with 0% error rate. Adhere to business processes and guidelines.-To keep a close eye on the error report and rectify those on a regular basis.-To create processes and validation mechanisms to identify and reduce cannibalization.
