Providing testing time estimates and status as requested, preparing SOWs for QA services, preparing and presenting client presentations, participating in product requirements, design, technical specifications, and code reviews, interacting with Developers/Testers for reporting & resolving issues, planning/Maintaining projects within time boundaries, performing researches and recommending testing best practices and tools, responding to client RFI and RFPs, tracking QA infrastructure and requirements, contributing to QA Competency building

Worked closely with the Recruitment function and the Quality Assurance department management team to effectively schedule the induction and training program of all new QA staff, maintained Training standards with the Quality Assurance Department, worked with the Quality Assurance department management team to measure and constantly improve the quality of work, coordinated all training within the Quality Assurance Department, performed interviews and aptitude tests of New Applicants, provided hands on training to new recruits, mentored new recruits while on live work, arranged projects for testers on bench, interacted with clients and handling training of new projects and software’s, prepared and authorized training related documents, planned Training of Test teams up to a level, so that the project is finished within dead line and with proper quality undertook training of Full test teams ranging from 2 to 15 testers, analyzed and prepared Testers’ performance report.
