Role: Bharti Airtel Limited implemented a data warehouse to better plan and manage Revenue realization, customer retention and acquisition and also to establish a data warehouse of usage, billing and provisioning information for the Mobility and Telemedia business units. The main ob-jectives of the data warehouse are as follows:• Designing & developing reports, making daily, weekly & monthly reports & analysis as per departmental requirements at the different levels.• Reduction in churn through provision of churn analysis and predictive modeling. • Reduction of revenue leakage from under billing of usage and usage analysis. • Development of basic campaign list generation functionality. • Basic Profitability Analysis to identify customers who are profitable to Bharti based on their usage behavior. • Identify the target audience for a proposed tariff plan based on usage behavior of sub-scriber. • Identify the Impact of a Tariff Plan based on change in usage behavior after the tariff plan introduction. • Identify Target market of subscribers from analysis of the incoming calls (From the Calling Number). • CDR Reconciliation across Interconnect, Mediation and Billing.

This is a customized ERP system IMIS2000i (Integrated Management Information System) IMIS 2000i system creates information network among the various departments of the organization. IMIS 2000i data is updated from all Units/Depots to Corporate Office and vice-versa through RBI (Remote Business Intelligence) system. Role:To develop new modules as per departmental requirements at the different levels.Extensively working on Forms6i, Reports6i.Development and customization of Reports and Interfaces, as per user's requirements.Provide timely solutions of ERP (MIS for Accounts, Sales & Marketing, and Production) in Corpo rate Office including all the units/depots to the utmost satisfaction of the users.To handle RBI (Remote Business Intelligence) module to centralize data in Corporate Office and all units/depots.To work as an interface between ERP and various other departments for Data administration.Technical training for the system to the user.
