Petro-Energy E&P is an international oil company founded after a production Sharing Agreement (PSA) was signed between the Government of Sudan and China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). To explore, develop, produce and sale the crude oil produced from a concession area of Block 6 Sudan as the Operating Company (Petro-Energy E&P Co., Ltd).My role is to specify, analyze, engineer, design, implement, and support Information and Communication Systems (software/hardware/cloud) that facilitate company operations and business activities. Additionally, performing disaster recovery operations, protect data from attacks, and manage access control including:• Installing/upgrading, configuring (routine, standard) and maintaining ICT systems, tools and equipment.• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the company's ICT systems and ITSM, including servers, networks, equipment and databases, to ensure consistent, reliable performance.• Installing, configuring and supporting network and data center equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, NAS/SAN, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.. etc.• Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security ensure IT systems are secure, compliant with company policies as per ER Holding, and meet industry regulations, implementing necessary security measures and updates.• Designing and installing telecommunication equipment and facilities such as switching system, optical fiber optics, microwave transmission systems, VSAT and IP networks.• Provide efficient technical support to end-users, addressing IT-related issues, and documenting, escalating, and resolving complex cases.• participating in annual master plan and budget preparation, material requests, scheduling, supervision and evaluation of ICT projects • Manage day to day relationship with vendors and internal IT teams include commissioning activities such as FAT(Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT(Site Acceptance Test)

responsible for designing, maintaining, administering and optimizing the university’s IT services and systems, that including:• Supervision of the technical support and maintenance unit.• Installing, Configuring, supporting and maintaining new Networking hardware and software.• Co-operate with other staff to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of AAU’s Network.• Controlling network access and security.• implementation and technical support and maintenance for all ICT systems and equipment.• Monitoring network connectivity, usage and security including real-time monitoring, VPN, vlans, Firewalls and iptables and Logs analysis. • Control network access and users accounts, group policy, passwords, access lists and firewalls.• Setup Audio and visual devices within the university halls and classrooms. • Server Administrations (Linux/Windows).

To provide general IT consultancy services and support to the organization and Supervision of the IT infrastructure, that’s include the following :-• Installation, configuration and maintenance for all IT equipment.• LAN and Internet Implementation and monitor. • Trouble shooting software/hardware problems and network connectivity.• Server administration.• Antivirus software installation and updates.
