• Collaborate directly with the four IRPP Research Directors on the execution of their respective research programs, including labour policy, innovation policy, health policy, and federalism. • Co-authored three policy reports commissioned by the Government of Canada on criminal justice reform, the current state of the Canadian Senate, and the creation of a commission to organize leaders’ debates. For all three, I facilitated the selection of, and consulted with key stakeholders across Canada.• Spearheaded and established a new product dubbed '5 à 7 de l’IRPP'; a series of talks set in a more relaxed environment with the goal of attracting local policy professionals to the work of the IRPP. • Produced an in-depth environmental scan of the think tank landscape in Canada, which was submitted to the CEO and the board of directors of the IRPP.• Contributed to the ‘Policy Options’ magazine through content editing, data visualization, and finding contributors.

• Searched for, mined and translated datasets on discrimination and its effects on political participation from seven countries (Canada, Denmark, France, Denmark, Spain, UK, and USA).• Manipulated variables and performed regression analyses using STATA and R.

• Founded and set up the journal. • Acquired funding and approval from the UofT department of Political Science, the Graduate Association of Political Science Students (GASPS) and the UofT Libraries (UTL).• Recruited and managed an editorial board of fifteen editors.• Recruited an advisory board of twenty Senior Advisors consisting of prominent political scientists.• Established a timeline, assigned tasks, and ensured completion of deliverables.
