As a Youth Mentorship Program Fellow with Northern Nevada International Center, University of Nevada, I played a key role in the development and implementation of mentorship programs for young people from diverse backgrounds. Working closely with program coordinators, I designed workshops, training sessions, and other activities aimed at fostering positive youth development and promoting cross-cultural understanding. In addition to supporting program participants, I also provided mentorship and guidance to other program assistants, helping to create a cohesive and effective team. Through my work, I gained valuable experience in program development and management, youth engagement, and cross-cultural communication. I also had the opportunity to develop my leadership and mentorship skills, as I worked closely with young people to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.

I was selected as an inaugural Fellow for the CEE Program from a pool of more than 4,400 global applicants.CEE is a transformational leadership development experience for emerging civil society leaders working on issues related to civic dialogue and peacebuilding, open and participatory government, women and gender, resilience and sustainable development, and youth engagement. I am among 130 civil society leaders from around the world selected to participate in the program.
