Major Project: Bowarege 2Scope: Fire damage repair of desalination barge Bowarege 2 including steel works, outfitting works,power & control cabling, electro automation & Genset container installation.Responsibilities as Project Engineer Includes:•Communicate with Owner & Design Firm for clarification on scope of work or designs.• Oversee the execution of Shipyard repair work as per scope of work.• Report to Ship Repair Manger.• Attend the onboard meetings with the Client to discuss the day‐ to‐day progress of job & generatenew jobs.• Co‐ordinate with Class Surveyor.• Project/job planning including preparation of time schedule, availability of personnel, tools andequipment.•Preparation of work completion report & invoice in co‐ordination with Project Manager.
