-Spearhead IT support across 500+ systems, upholding security and operational reliability in UCSB Collaborate Computer Labs.-Direct 37 Collaborate IT Consultants, fostering a culture of proactive security risk management.-Serve as a primary contact for help requests from approximately 1,200 users in 36 departments and over 21,000 students.-Lead educational IT workshops, enhancing communication of complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.-Manage the technical and security operations of instructional labs, ensuring uninterrupted and secure learning environments.

• Provide support for Collaborate instructional labs in more than 15 locations and over 90 classrooms with a total of 500 computer systems serving faculty, staff, and students in all the Schools and Colleges of UCSB.• Lead in-person workshops on topics such as machine learning, resume building, and proficient usage of Microsoft Excel and Word.
