• Studying tender documents – Commercial, technical specifications and tender drawings.
• To raise pre-bid queries if any.
• Attend Pre-Bid meeting with Architect, Consultant and Client to resolve the queries.
• Interact with Architects and Consultants to understand the entire scope of work.
• Coordinate with Structural Engineer & Design Dept to evolve System proposal.

Abudhabi

• Reports to the Chief Estimator
• Studying tender documents – Commercial, technical specifications and tender drawings.
• To raise request for information (RFI).
• To request for Quotation RFQ of products required.
• Optimizing the glass & ACP.
• Estimate based on advice of the Chief Estimator.

Dubai

• Reports to the Design Manager
• Estimating the Material required for Production based on Shop drawings Provided by Design Dept
• Coordinating with Project Manager, Designers & Purchase Dept.
• Preparing Material Take off (M.T.O) & issuing the same to Purchase Dept.
• Optimization of Materials With Nirvana Software to minimise Wastage
• Follow-up of delivery Schedule of Materials.

Bangalore, India

• Reports to the Project Manager.
• Responsible for contractual matters of the Project.
• Oversee all the activities & Setting out of work to the Installers.
• Attending Project Meetings with Client/Consultants/ Architects.
• Co-ordination with the Management & Subcontractors
• Interaction with Design & Procurement department regarding material ordering.
