I have been mainly involved in planning, monitoring & reporting to the project management.My work description has been as follows: • Creating Projects in MUS/ONE and their thorough monitoring to ensure very strong financial control of the project.• Monthly presentation on monthly actual costs, their analysis and recommendations to reduce such costs in line with the operational excellence drive.• Examine variances from project pre-calculation, communicate, coordinate and ensure actions are taken by the functional areas• Provide Time Reporting codes & expense codes from ONE.• Submitting & pursuing project acceptances.• Assisting KAM in invoicing, pursuing payment & collection from customer.• Co-ordination in establishing Letter of Credits & Bank Guarantees.

My work description was to control petty cash, process expense claims of the employees, prepare control sheet containing records of all the invoices sent for the payments, follow up vendor payments, final settlement verification & documentation.

Chiefly my job responsibilities were to look after all financial transactions like premium collection, to maintain bank accounts, to prepare bank reconciliation statements, to handle petty cash for the branches, reporting to HO about finance and accounts related activities.
