Currently associated with Finance Department of the Bank as “Manager Information and Decision Support Finance” with following responsibilities:1. Management Reporting - preparation, compilation and / or reporting of:• Financial results (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet) of the Bank and business segments on management reporting assumptions• Budget vs actual analysis of monthly results for Board of Directors• Competitor, trend and variance analyses of the bank’s actual financial position and performance for CFO• Performance reporting for Wholesale banking and Commercial segments at customer and regional level• Daily trackers of deposits, loans and income• Financial modeling for new products and management reporting requirements2. Management Information System (MIS)• Create new system generated reports that optimize reporting of financial results• Act as a liaison between IT and business end users for information automation and reporting requirements• Perform / review User acceptance testing (UATs) of system generated reports• Advising IT on calculations, formulae and management reporting mappings.

Prepare portfolio analysis / presentations for MANCOM, Country Credit Committee (CCC), Board RiskManagement Committee (BRMC) and Asset Liability Committee (ALCO)/ other management forums and BoD on a periodic basis (at least quarterly) in order to provide a holistic view on portfolio health and portfolio developments. Variance Analysis and commentary on credit portfolio. Review Risk Policies and Risk SOPs of the Bank annually, or more frequently if required, to keep the same aligned with the Bank’s strategy and best market practices (including the Regulators’ suggested guidelines). Serve as a conduit for facilitating Risk Policy & Procedures amendments from related Management (or Board) Committee, as required, and release the same to Policies & Procedures Unit for necessary dissemination & retention in the Bank’s central repository. Conduct a qualitative analysis on a periodic basis vis-à-vis policy prescribed industry concentration caps by evaluating portfolio compositions, competitors’ exposures, risk rating distributions and emerging trends of NPLs.
