Arrange the hotel booking, invitation for guests & helping guests from overseas. Prepare & help to arrange all necessary documents for any visa applications Monitor the employees’ attendance & absence & record the leaves of the employees. Supervising the office assistant & car drivers to keep the office is in smooth operation. Ensure the safety of the employees & develop the office environment. Supporting to top management and all employees and making coordination. Finance Part: Check & record supporting papers/documents of day to day expenditures in petty cash book with supportive document & report to Hong Kong office regularly. Calculate the necessary Tax & VAT for office expenses & arrange the govt. tax VAT payment. Update and cooperate to control the annual budget of TW Dhaka Office and for different projects and record accordingly. Manage the office budget for all ongoing services and costs. Prepare the monthly payroll & yearly eid bonus calculation & arrange the monthly salary payment on time. Prepare the necessary supportive documents for smooth banking transaction & remittance receive & corresponding with bank. Prepare representative office statement, documents for audit purpose. HR Part: Job advertisement, employee CV selection, making shortlist, taking interviews and providing short list to top management for final interviews and selections. To do all HR documentation, handle the HR issues & maintains the related files & follow up with lawyer as per the local rules & regulation. -
