Today I'm a Solution Consultant in INFOR, where I can apply the experience gained during the previous years, starting from a different point of view, the Customer point of view, I can better understand the pain points, the expectations and the concern that a prospect or customer can have approaching a new Solution, and help in a most effective way the "Transformation" .After the last role as Application Support Analyst, I've now joined the Global Team that develop the Cloud version of the ERP used globally across KES Company (Infor LN 10.7 - Cloud version)The experience gained allow me to play a role were I'm focused on Manufacturing with a cross-functional interaction. My knowledge is required to identify gaps between the business functions, help promoting extensions and integrations that can ensure a more efficient process in transformation. Here my background: during the last 5 years, I was involved in harmonization of the new ERP, analyzing the potential issues, elaborating strategies for migrations and after go live, I played a role as troubleshooter and Application support analyst on global basis.These has improved my skills in managing critical issues, evaluations of risks, and troubleshooting.The next step (end 2023) go live of LN 10.7 Cloud version for all the company of KES Group.Previously I was Brand Manager and business developer at MV Jewels in Milan.and during the previous 10 years, "Seasons" was my own project. Created for a challenge, has become a successful concept store. The experiences gained in different areas and different roles, has formed my professional figure and my character. Efficiently and effectively pursue goals with personal determination are my point of strength. Having been an entrepreneur, has opened my mind, and allowed me to see the world from different perspectives, expanding my education, and my perceptual abilities. My interpersonal skills and strong ability to fully understand the expectations and needs of the interlocutor are completing my profile.
