About Moira Ragan

I am the Director of Research and Evaluation at Ripple Effect Communications where we support and evaluate federal clients' research endeavors. Our portfolio includes a range of clients, largely in healthcare, as well as projects in educational research. My experience also includes conducting research and evaluation of non-profit, philanthropic and community-based programs. I am currently involved in impact and implementation evaluations, needs assessments and research projects. I am also currently finishing my doctoral degree in educational research and evaluation with a focus on measurement and an interest in measurement in counseling, specifically bullying research. My background is multidisciplinary and includes program evaluation, research design, instrument development, psychometrics, statistical consultation and data analysis.
