As part of 400 redundancies my department was heavily impacted on and as a result I was made redundantRESPONSIBILITIESEnsuring marketing deliverables (launch plans, brochures, web updates and campaign materials) are met during the New Product Introduction Programme (NPIP) supporting project teams (engineering and marketing) within business units.Creating design briefs including design layout for JCB in-house design/creative agencyMonitoring and benchmarking competitor activityDeveloping and managing relationships with internal business units and working in collaboration to obtain key information for creation of marketing materials ensuring brand values are maintainedIdentifying opportunities to improve and widen promotion activities through print and online mediaWorking within a financial governance framework to achieve both product specification and budgetManaging photo shoots both in the UK and across Europe, which involves coordinating logistics for all the team as well as formulating photo briefs and daily location plansMaintaining and updating the product photo libraryWorking collaboratively with events teams to produce relevant communication materials as well as supporting at events both in the UK and EuropeMaintaining website and social media materials including copywriting and web banner creationManaging, monitoring, maintaining and regularly reviewing the partnership with the translations supplier to ensure the highest levels of service are continuously delivered, resolving queries and supporting colleagues
