Under the direct supervision of the CGPS Communications Specialist, the Design Assistant is a student member of a team that supports the outreach efforts of the Center for Global Programs and Services (CGPS). The primary responsibility of the Design Assistant is to produce materials in support of the University’s global brand.The CGPS Design Assistant assists in: -Designing print and digital communications materials within the University’s brand and style guidelines-Proofreading digital and print communications materials to ensure accuracy-Uploading digital communications materials in a timely manner-Distributing print communications materials-Supporting activities related to CGPS campus events -Other duties as assigned by the associate director and communications specialist, including attendance at a weekly team meeting.
