I also observed people’s shopping habits and compared sales numbers to figure out the best in-store display solutions.As part of my own personal development, I pursued my interest in heritage marketing by shadowing Cadw’s Marketing team. I assisted by editing press release drafts, composing tweets for the site’s Twitter account, and responding to comments for the site’s TripAdvisor page. I also spent a summer helping out Cadw's Commcerial team, which enabled me to learn about the Commercial team's booking processes and engagement in event planning, as well as acting as a liaison between the Tintern Abbey site and Cadw headquarters.
