As a server it is my responsibility to make sure my tables needs are met. I make sure that when I am taking their orders everything is correct that way there's no problems later on. I am also in charge of bringing food and beverages to the guests in a fast and timely manner. I help out my fellow servers by running their food when they get busy, or by pouring drinks for their tables when it's needed. I also help clean the back zone when it is needed in order to prevent cross contamination.

As an associate I spend a lot of time talking to the guests and helping them through the process of the store while suggesting items to add onto their purchase along the way. I also lead parties and am in charge of a small group of kids for a short period of time. I make sure the guests are having lots of fun and help them find exactly what they need.

As a manager I made sure the store ran smoothly. I prepped the store at the beginning of the day, making sure everything was stocked and in the correct place. I gave each associate a specific station for the day and gave them a goal to work towards. I helped out in parts of the store were it is needed. I made sure the guests experience was spectacular so they will want to come back.
