Identification and promotion of promising initiativesSupport the deployment plan as well as the strategy for mobilizing partners, communication and advocacy around YOMA, Generation Unlimited and other promising initiatives (UPSHIFT, etc.)Identify and propose innovative and strategic approaches to scale up successful initiatives;Document lessons learned , good practices on youth engagement, entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives through surveys, analyses, reports, brochures and other communication materials.

Consultant for the analysis of young people engagement and the co-creation workshop delivery as part of the implementation of the Project for the prevention of gender-based violence, protection and girls empowerment and women in times of COVID-19 pandemic, funded by CanadaThe following deliverables were rendered as part of this consultation:- A documentary review of projects that meaningfully engage young people, particularly in the fight against GBV and initiatives for girls & woman empowerment in Benin and around the west Africa sub-region and which could be replicated in the Beninese context.- Propose a repertoring and categorization of those different methods- Support the technical preparation and the delivery of the co-creation workshop with the project team and co-leaded the sessions relating to how to meaningfully engage young people according to the co-creation principles.- Make a presentation of the main possible axes of youth engagement to the participants and guide them towards the identification of 3 applicable and relevant methods for the project.- Write and submit a report highlighting the 3 methods of youth engagement who emerged from the documentary review in a combined manner and workshop work,- Elaborate and submit a roadmap for the implementation of those methods within the framework of the project.
