I have been in charge of monitoring and reporting on the performance of around 20 bilingual phone agents in 2 different campaings (JC Penney and MLB). I have helped these agents reach their targets, and comply with company policies.My involvement in the 2 campaigns in which I’ve worked as a Team Lead, has extended beyond Operations: during the prep periods, I have assisted in the testing of computer equipment, collaborating closely with the IT department; I have also lent support to the training team, both during the training and nesting periods.

During my time at Sykes, I worked in a customer service campaing for Verizon, providing basic technical troubleshooting, bill clarification, support for plan up- and downgrades, support for device upgrades and general customer care. My day-to-day requires me to handle huge amounts of ever changing information, as plans, offers and policies are constantly updating.At first, I joined Verizon Wireless’ bilingual campaign, but afterwards I was invited to join an all-English team thanks to my good metrics and language proficiency.

TP is an international company that offers remote customer service support to a broad range of businesses. One of TP’s biggest clients within its Mexico opperation is the American neo-bank “Chime”, which offers financial services to its customers through a mobile app.During my time at TP I worked in Chime’s disputes area, recording and following up on non-recognized charges reported by customers: non-authorized, duplicate, wrong amounts, etc. My day-to-day required great patience and empathy, as we dealt with customers who often were upset, worried or even mortified.

Amongst its clientele are telecommunications giant Telefónica México, the Mexican branch of electronics giant Sony , the food multinational Grupo Bimbo and real estate developer Casas Ara.At Langarica TV I was in charge of:• Managing and editing audiovisual material • Recording video and audio• Basic 2D animation• Managing professional video and audio equipment

UWC Mahindra College is an international high school, part of the United World Colleges network, which has a total of 17 colleges around the world.As a volunteer in the communications department I have been in charge of:• Photographing and videoing the day-to-day activities at the college as well as special events. •The processing of this audiovisual material for subsequent posting on the college's social networks and website, as well as for display during special events and in direct appeals to potential donors and alumni. •Organizing and conducting workshops and extracurricular activities, both on photography and video, for students at the college.

ATM is an NGO dedicated to supporting and promoting the social production of habitat, in rural and semi-rural areas in central Mexico.At ATM my responsibilities included:• Analyzing development-relevant demographic and economic statistics. • Assiting the NGO's beneficiaries with their paperwork.• Carrying out interviews with potential beneficiaries to evaluate their needs.• Creating a photographic record of potential beneficiaries' living conditions• Giving potential beneficiares presentations outlining ATM's proposals and goals for their communities.
