Supported International VP’s and senior management through management reporting, financial analysis and modelling to improve business performance and enhance the company’s profitability.Achievements > Recognition awarded by management for sound Financial Analysis of the drivers of the European Business, leading to a significant reduction of the cancellation rate from 8.5% to 6.1%

Reviewed and made recommendations to improve the existing reporting system for the Hotels Division and designed and implemented a new reporting system for the other Divisions of the organization to overcome the weaknesses of the current system.
