As a first-line support representative, I am responsible for efficiently identifying and resolving issues for our customers. In my role as a platform admin, I am involved in managing call routing, queuing and user management. I am skilled in configuring conference groups, adding DIDs, and registering Yealink and Polycom phones under an extension. Additionally, I am experienced in registering FAX adapters to ensure smooth VoIP fax delivery. My expertise allows me to streamline processes for our clients, enabling them to achieve their business objectives.

I'm an expert in Google Workspace products, which includes tools for communication (such as Google Meet, Voice, and Chat), education (like Google Classroom), administration (including Calendar and Drive), and productivity (Google Docs).My role was to assist customers with any issues they may have with these services. I have a deep understanding of the Google Workspace Admin platform, which enables me to guide customers through the necessary steps to achieve their goals.This included helping customers apply device policies for company-managed devices and assisting with email migration from other providers like Microsoft 365 or IMAP providers such as IONOS, AOL, or Zoho.Additionally, I helped customers with initial setup tasks such as creating users, verifying domains, and enabling Google Mail services. I am also experienced in configuring DNS for Google Workspace, which is an essential step in the setup process.
