About Moises G. Ramirez

Hi, I’m a Salem State University alumnus with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and experience in various interdisciplinary fields. As a research scholar, I was privileged to investigate and optimize chiral catalyst analog reactivities for multicomponent reactions that yielded enantiopure β-amino alcohols — ubiquitous scaffolds found throughout a world of therapeutically active structures. Recently, I acquired my Master’s degree from Boston University, where my research was focused on the synthesis of novel π-conjugated organic semiconducting materials, with applications in optoelectronic devices (i.e., OLEDs & OPVs).
