-Aided in the design and construction for two microwave communication circuits, to be implemented by the FDOT. This microwave communication circuit would contain a transmitter and receiver connected to antennas that would send signals in the microwave frequency range using the Gulf of Mexico evaporating duct properties as a reliable means of propagation.
