Main tasks and experience:1.- Process Planning responsible of the BMW G07 Rear HVAC, AUDI MLBevo HVAC. 38N LHD Daimler HVAC and the 43N RHD Daimler HVAC. 2.- Responsible of analysis and evaluation of HK1 based on customer volumes during acquisition.3.- Responsible of calculating capital & tooling cost during acquisition.4.- Responsible to accomplish customer and internal milestones for process development after B-Release. (Design Freeze).5.- Responsible of assembly process development. Flow diagram and VSM (Value Stream Map) as part of the APQP.6.- Responsible of MTM development for each step of the process.7.- Responsible of developing the Process FMEA. Evaluation with plant and customer. 8.- Responsible of the development of equipment specifications, RFQ's, Supplier Kick off, Equipment Design, Equipment Buy off and plant installation of equipment.9.- Responsible of preliminary standard work instructions for operations, tooling adjustment and set up. 10.- Responsible to perform MSA validations.11.- Responsible to keep the scrap rates during ramp-up and 6 months later SOP (Start of production).12.- Responsible to coordinate lay-out activities and facilities of new productive equipment. 13.- Responsible to coordinate suppliers for general requirements.14.- Responsible of design and tooling improvements to increase CPK and PPK in our processes.

Responsible of new process launches for the Audi and Daimler HVAC programs in the brand new Ramos Arizpe facility. Responsible for equipment buy off, installation, validation, associates training, equipment improvements, trials, development of work instructions, documentation of process parameters, spare part list, preventive maintenance and formal responsible of process optimization to meet customer requirements at Run @ Rate and accomplish MTM planned times. Update PFMEA, Process Flow & Layout.Main Activities & Experience:1.- Launch of new products for Chrysler, Ford, Volkswagen, Audi & Daimler.2.- International experience in equipment validation and run-off for series equipment.3.- Installation of equipment and process optimization previous SOP and customer release for series production. 4.- Equipment integrations for quality and process improvements.5.- PLC Programming in Allen Bradley and Siemens S7. 6.- Experience working with brands like SIEMENS, Allen Bradley, Telemecanique, Festo, Weidmuller, Turck, Banner, Keyence, Cognex, Balluff, Moeller, EATON, IFM, REXROTH, HIWIN, etc. Other Projects:7.- Design and engineering development of the first in-house equipment in MAHLE Behr Mexico for the VW CAC with savings in capital of 200K USD. 8.- Design and development of tooling for multiple processes to allow productivity projects inside the company. 9.- Reverse engineering and tooling analysis for Paccar, BMW, Volvo, VW, Ford, Chrysler.10.- Business case development for the "Tool Room" & "Brazing Frames".11.- Design and development of fixtures in Solid Works to solve quality issues or process improvements.

Responsible of continuous improvement, main tasks were to accomplish productive cycle times and solve manufacturing issues based on time analysis, material flow, balance of operations and product complexity.1.- Rebalance of operations based in time analysis and identifying wastes, achieving an increment of efficiencies in 30%. 2.- Development of "Value Stream Map" with USA employees to evaluate critical projects for the company. 3.- Redistribution of Lay-out for downtime reduction in the line caused by subassemblies transportation and movements. 4.- Management of 21 operators in three productive manufacturing cells and training. 5.- Development of Standard Work Instructions for picking material in cutting machines. 6.- KAIZEN project in Cell 45 with a 50% efficiency increase in productivity and outputs of 100% of First Time Quality. 7.- Development of a prototype application with an advanced macro for the creation of production program in less of 2 seconds. 8.- Development of an application to capture information and be able to start with six sigma projects. 9.- Creation of "Single Cart Units" to improve ergonomy and material handling in the transportation to productive cells. 10.- Creation of a database application for the production team to analyse DTF's on real time and improve quick response. 11.- Training in excel for macros development with the objective of time reduction in daily activities for salaries team.
