Management of Posting Operations to the Post Office - Validation of Tracking. - Implementation and monitoring of systemic improvements. - Negotiation and implementation of operating systems with outsourced companies of technological support. - Follow-up of Negotiated Term. - Implementation of franchised postal agencies within the company's management model. - Analysis and validation of Billing reports, supporting the financial sector of the company. - Management of posting contracts, verifying the feasibility of services attached to the service portfolio. - Analyze and search for more profitable posting tables. - Implantation of improvement opportunities aiming at reducing the cost, term and increase the quality of the service. - Elaboration and monitoring of performance indicators. - Resolution of occurrences in the post flow, giving return to the customer portfolio and the service cell. - Negotiation of indemnity return. - Leadership of management team in dedicated operations. - Strategic support to Coordination and Management.

- Treatment of differences in the Delivery process, follow-up of Delivery, final customer service, formulation of term control reports. - Analysis and control of reverse logistics processes, exchange and return. - Management of Outsourced and Own Carriers, from the beginning of the order cycle to its final status, aiming at meeting the negotiated deadlines.
