As the Global Strategies and Business Services Manager for the Economic Development Agency (EDA) –San Bernardino County, Moises fostered the attraction and retention of companies and facilitated coalitions between economic development drivers. Additionally, Cisneros led business trade missions and launched the County’s first overseas office.

As the International Trade Manager for the LA Chamber of Commerce, Cisneros facilitated access to global markets; led trade missions to dozens of countries in Latin America, the Pacific Rim and the European Union; hosted a myriad of diplomats and reverse trade missions from abroad and oversaw the growth of the nations premiere international trade education initiative dubbed World Trade Week Southern California.
