Participation in core process definition, new processes and existing processes enhancement. We were able to reduce the more than 100 hours cycle time to 23 hours per logic. I participated with different tools and ideas to achieved this big milestone. Tool requirements definition, user, code and technical documentation, UML diagrams. I was able to help and lead some implementations with GEIQ, GE US and contractors. Although my core was testing, I proactively managed myself to learn from the developers and share with my team by doing technical presentations of different aircraft engine implementations. I also had the chance to share with principal engineers, software leads and senior engineers my automation tools for testing activities due to business impact.
