As an assembly engineer in the projects department at Plastic Omnium, I lead the development, design, and launch of assembly and manufacturing means for the automotive industry. With over six years of experience in automotive industry, I have successfully launched several assembly lines and equipment in Mexico and the US, delivering high-quality products and services to our clients.In the last three years, I took over the leadership of the family business, assuming a key role in direction and management. During this time, I faced the challenge of maintaining operational viability in a difficult economic environment, characterized by low revenues and significant financial pressures. Although the company eventually had to close, I gained valuable skills in leadership, strategic decision-making and crisis management.My core competencies include design for assembly, time management, and project management. I am passionate about finding innovative solutions and facing new challenges with a proactive and leadership attitude. My goal is to collaborate in the directive and administrative area to achieve business growth through optimal use of resources, strategic planning, and implementation of best practices and new technologies.
