I joined Service Operations Team as Euronext relocation of it's Technology Centre was just starting. This team had a key responsibility in achieving a smooth transition with minimum disruption of the Stock Exchange Live System, and that was what we achieved. My main duties were shift leadership of an IT Service Operations team, which was part of a shift rotation, while being accountable for production monitoring, incident management, change management and training of new team members.

Project developed under ME310 Product Innovation Prost-Grad Program, by a 7 students team with engineering and design skills. The challenge was to improve the mobility in highly dense urban areas using design thinking methodologies. We did field research in Porto, San Francisco, Madrid, Copenhagen and Stockholm, and also developed several prototypes and user experiences.I worked mainly in research, data analyses, ideation, prototyping, communication, project development and planning.
