Mi trabajo consiste en ayudar a Tepache Sazón y Back Bar Project (nuestros socios en EUA) a gestionar proyectos relacionados a diversas áreas de la empresa, algunas áreas de acción son las siguientes: - Almacén: gestion de inventarios.- Administración: Gestiono pagos, nómina, presupuestos, reportes mensuales, documentación.- Parcelas: coordinación de insumos y presupuestos en nuestras parcelas de piñas.- Social: Coordino los proyectos en colaboración con el Centro Comunitario Entreamigos, nuestro aliado social para lograr atender nuestros tres principales pilares en Sazon; Autenticidad, comunidad y sustentabilidad.- Planeación y coordinación de visitas: Coordino el viaje y toda la experiencia durante la estancia de personal estratégico como nuestros socios, el equipo de ventas de USA y vista de la prensa.- Coordino y gestiono cualquier proyecto relacionado a Tepache Sazón en México.

During my last period as a master's student, I had the opportunity to intervene in the company SB Realtors, whom I thank for their trust and kindness for allowing me to integrate my talent into their organizational improvement processes.In this project, I applied a general diagnosis in all areas of the company to detect the main areas of opportunity, the final result was the implementation of an organizational strategic plan that allowed the company to focus on the most relevant problems.

This was a consulting project focused on the detection and solution of problems for the improvement of Organizational Culture and Development, in conjunction with the University of Guadalajara.We applied strategic solutions through theoretical models on cause-effect to correct the most urgent problems, with such implementation, the company's productivity was improved from a humanistic approach. Variables such as teamwork, motivation, leadership, and redesign of organizational culture were fundamental for the achievement of the main objective.

In this organization, I learned that working as a team "everything is possible".I was fortunate to have been hired as a Human Resources assistant even without having experience in this field, however, I was promoted to Human Resources Coordinator, with a staff of over 800 employees, where;- I was responsible for the recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel, in addition, I integrated statistical reports on the income and outflow of personnel for the management of retention strategies.- I had 2 people in my charge, together we were responsible for providing a quality experience to employees and solving their main problems, being points of contact between the employee and the company. - In coordination with the entire team, we were able to apply massive recruitment, increasing our staff from 45% to 90%, as required.- I worked for hand in hand with departmental leaders to solve their staffing needs.- I managed to be in charge of the department during my Chief of Staff's entire vacation, with zero incidents.I was recognized as a departmental employee for the April-June 2018 trimester.
