Strategist Designer and researcher, I've worked for different sectors developing products and services. Always doing research, to define how to improve a brand strategy, a service or a product. I always give a transversal vision of the projects. Not just focusing on the task to do, but reaching also on how to improve communication, and how to define the touch points with the consumer, which are the trends in the area, and so on.For me, strategy is a business not the result of a creative process. I think on the project going globally comms, product, service goes one hand, that's why I always try to work with different in house teams (legal, customer, administration..). Because we are in the same boat, make the business profitable.
