The ProCutters is high end manufacturing firm focused on providing all type of cutting solutions at affordable rates and super fast timelines to manufacturers and designers of Surat area. We provide industrial as well as decorative cutting services.My role is to streamline manufacturing, hiring talent and research and purchase of latest equipments.

- Sole Mechanical Engineer for the entire range of company products.- Developed a new product line from concept to marketplace reducing product cost by around 300% and simplified assembly by about 10 times compared to similar legacy products.- Designed Extractive Sampling Systems for high and low pressure gases and liquids - Calculated the heat input and pressure cuts to avoid Joule Thompson effect. - Designed products to conform to NEMA 4X and/or IP-66/68 ratings.- Designed products to meet Atex, IECEx, FM, UL and CSA hazardous location standards.- Simplified the design of three existing product lines and helped move them from prototypes to manufacturing.- Designed machined / 3D printed / Laser cut assembly or mass manufacturing tooling.- Designed sample systems and specified components for hazardous industrial locations from customer specifications.- Trained Mechanical Engineering Interns on SolidWorks, AutoCAD and Sampling systems. - Issued design packages for use on production floor for quick and easy assembly.

- Invented and successfully tested a novel vacuum drill bit to repair bridge deck delaminations.- Invented a novel yet simple method of measuring drill speed using 3D printed parts for closed control.- Developed 2 versions of robotic end effector for a bridge rehabilitation robot- Performed rigorous testing of about 1000 cycles to insure reliability of the final end effector design.- Interfaced with Electric Engineers to mount Ground Penetrating Radars, Acoustics, Cameras, Computers and Differential-GPS on a Seekur mobile platform.- Created CAD models and drawings suitable for manufacturing and 3D printing for different projects.- Designed a balancing mechanism for a rehab bicycle- Helped in designing a robotic bio-sampler for Marine Sciences.
