 Received the Youth Assembly Impact Challenge award by Her Excellency, Ms Simona Mirela Miculescu representative of the UN secretary-general and head of the UN office in Belgrade.  Awarded seed funding, mentorship, and a platform to 40,000 people by the UN Youth Assembly, Space Chain, and Friendship Ambassador Foundation to begin my project Ninja Girls.  This project aims to teach young girls in developing nations self-defense and aims to educate them on what legally qualifies as sexual and physical abuse. We aim to combat the sexual abuse women face in developing countries.  Mentored by Kim Graham-Nye CEO and Founder of G-Diapers.

Conducting Research in Stem Cell & Regenerative Biology under the supervision of Dr. Augusto Zani

 Selected by the Qatar Foundation to attend the World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE) in Qatar on a fully-funded trip (Including flights, accommodation, local transportation, and meals).  Selected as one of 25 youth across the world for the program. Selected as the only youth to represent Canada.  The 2019 Learners’ Voice Program provides youth a platform to voice their views on education and take leading roles in the field of education. Provided to the opportunity to speak to and address 2000 delegates attending the conference.  Provided with a platform to discuss with policymakers, educators, and innovators surrounding topics of education.  Spoke on the G20 Panel for Entrepreneurship Education during the summit and contributed how governments can incorporate entrepreneurship education in education systems.

 Serve as a judge for the International Youth Assembly Impact Challenge.  Interview, rank, and select applicants to advance in the finalist stage.  Responsible for all FAF programming in the North American Region.  Mentor 200 Youth Assembly delegates to help implement their social entrepreneurial projects relating to the Sustainable Development Goals.  Invited by FAF on a fully-funded trip to attend the Youth Assembly conference and speak on panels surrounding social entrepreneurship. Speak to 1000 youth delegates (16-28) from more than 100 different countries.  FAF is affiliated with UNESCO.

Guided by the overarching principle of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, worked with delegates from 197 countries to explore cross-cutting issues and solutions for sustainable development in the social, economic, and environmental dimensions.Worked with different platforms/organizations to accelerate and achieve solutions to the sustainable development goals through the partnership of organizations such as, Microsoft, the IMF, as well as, the world bank in order to implement these solutions both locally and globally. Spoke at various venues at the UN including the General Assembly Hall on diverse topics, from the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
