• Developed a custom content management tool that allowed new client set-up to be done within a few minutes using Tableau APIs and Python.• Overcame the limitation of Tableau flow functionality by enabling users to publish one flow across multiple sites on a single click.• Built an end-to-end Customer Service dashboard on Tableau to track insights such as call volumes and trends, to be used both internally and by our clients.• Built an Interactive Voice Response dashboard tracking user calls to provide analytics on user journeys and drop-off compared to benchmarks.• Constructed fully-fledged ETL flows with automated data validation for various Tableau sites for use-cases like Business Intelligence, Customer Service, Financial Analytics etc.
