· Led the company through COVID19 and regulatory changes in the industry to record revenue in 18 months and a 400% increase in net profit.· Oversaw and executed development/rollout of a monthly subscription model.

- Managed 50+ global remote engineering team with front end, backend, iOS, Android, sysops engineers and engineering management team alongside product team and design team. - Managed marketing team of 10 that ran a 1.2m marketing budget including transactional email, Google Ads, listing platform syndication, CRM, and advertising QA.

- Managed design and product management team while scaling to 6 pods using the Spotify model.- Redesigned along with 3 designers the entire front end user experience from signup, search, apply, pay, book and stay. - Implemented WSJF (weighted, shortest, job first) throughout company to create broad company level consensus and 100+ headcount voting process for product prioritization.

· Created our New Developments department that has achieved over $10m in revenues annually since, and an apartment pipeline of over 3000 units.· Led project to craft and rebrand the company.

· Led the development of digital payments platform that has processed $120m since January 2017. Created business model that achieved 1.5% profit on total volume, negotiated rates and terms with Stripe.· Developed roommates’ network that has helped over 50k NYC residents have a safe way find and share apartments. · Created a website and app that currently has 1m yearly users and 250k registered users for a borough of 2.5m people. 10% is not too shabby.

I had the unique opportunity as a student to learn from the Universities' SVP, CFO, and VP of Student Affairs about how a Universities' food, retail, and real estate operation works.

Internship with the CFO/CBO of the University. Worked on mini-projects in the University Procurement Office and the University Bursar Office including auditing the tuition payment collection, and reviewing the Universities professor reimbursement process.
