Seni Resource Manager / Team LeadResource Huntgroup Sep 2009 - Feb 2015Hyderabad, Telangana, IndiaMy responsibilities as an IT Recruiter were to analyze the requirements (IT & non-IT) of clients (US) and search for the potential and suitable candidates on internet. 247 headhunting had access to big job boards like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Hot jobs, LinkedIn, etc… I had to prepare a search string and use the string for searching the suitable candidates for the client’s requirement. I had to prepare an email format which I use to send to the suitable candidates, it included a short description about the job, job’s location, duration and few standard set of questions. My next responsibility was to call the candidate (US) and tell him about the job opportunity, and if he was interested then I use to take a short interview on phone. Questions in the interview included – Candidate’s interest, his current job or past job details, candidate’s last pay, candidate’s reason of leaving the last job, candidate’s expected pay rate/ salary, candidate’s availability etc… a part from these details I even use to ask the experience in the skills that are required by the client. Analyzing the soft and hard skills of candidate was equally important.After taking the interview if I found the candidate suitable for the requirements then I use to take his/her updated Word format resume and submit it to the client. Client uses to call the candidates and take their interview and if they found them a good match then they use to schedule an interview with the end clients. If the candidate clears all the rounds of interview and gets an offer letter from the end client and starts the job then it was my placement. I have placed 5 candidates till date.
