I helped to design, alongside a retired teacher, a six-part course (half days each) at City College Plymouth with Babcock employees, who are linked to the learning and innovation programme (and apprenticeships and training) at the college. I ran the course, over 4 months, covering a different aspect of teaching during sessions 1-5, with the final session being a second micro teach,with feedback and evaluation conducted. I also then wrote an impact report, based on the feedback from the students.
